What is Domini’s shipping policy?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from Shop with your tracking information. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to check the current status and estimated delivery date of your order.

What is Domini’s return policy?
We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
To initiate a return, send us an email: info@dominithebrand.com.
Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will have three options:
Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Store Credit: Store credit, which expires every 60 days.
Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice.
Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience.
If you choose to exchange items:
Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the bank.
Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, exchanges for different sizes are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
